Waterway Village Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow the community rules:
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, or golf carts are allowed inside the community.
Renters must be 25 years or older to rent
No pets are permitted in this property or within the community.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the screened balcony.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM; please be respectful of neighbors.
Pool rules must be followed – no glass, diving, or unattended children.
Parking permits must be displayed at all times; unregistered vehicles may be towed.
Please keep the property neat and tidy as you found it. Report any damages to management immediately.

Wonderful

I loved everything Being on the 3rd floor

As pictured and described. The location was perfect for the Ripken Experience tournament. Had some difficulty initially getting into the gated entrance. Once in the condo, there was as provided card pass for easy gate access. Do wish the golf course was still open, but the path was good for daily walks.

Perfect!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Waterway Village. The place had a nice, relaxed vibe and the location was peaceful with lovely waterway views. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The pools and common areas were a nice bonus, and it was still close enough to the beach and attractions. Overall, a great and relaxing stay—we’d happily come back again.

The apartment looks just like the pictures. The place is very clean and offers activities for the kids within the home. We especially liked the balcony that wrapped from the living room to the master bedroom. Furniture on the balcony was dusty but it was okay with us just cleaned it off. The location was great for us as we were 11-15 minutes by all of the venues we needed to be at this weekend. Overall was a good stay and will book again if we another sports event in Myrtle Beach!

Pleasant Stay

Nice space. Comfortable with lots of room. Kitchen had utensils and pans. Clean and well maintained. Would recommend and stay again. Had trouble getting in the front gate. Arrived after hours and unable to reach someone for quick help. We stayed on the phone with a guy for about 15 minutes. By the time he gave us a code we had been let in so no idea if that code would have worked or not.

The home was beautiful, cozy, and located in a peaceful neighborhood, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful whenever we had questions. We weren’t expecting so many stairs, but once we got inside, the home was absolutely worth it. We especially appreciated the door locks, which made things more convenient and gave us one less thing to carry while on vacation. The indoor pool was also a great bonus we really enjoyed it!
