Great location and house for large family!

We rented the entire house for a multi-family vacation. It was perfect! The space provided the ability to gather for meals and fellowship and privacy for sleeping. The view from the porch was outstanding and the location perfect for quick trips in and out from the beach. Highly recommend!

Disappointing but great location.

We would rate this a 6/10 — Great location, but the condition of the house was disappointing.

If we were rating the location alone, it would be much higher. Unfortunately, the condition of the house brought the overall experience down significantly.

There were multiple maintenance and workmanship issues throughout the property. Several shower faucets were loose and not properly secured to the walls, and drains in some of the showers were clogged. One bathroom fan was not working properly, and one of the refrigerators did not have a functioning ice maker. We also found sandy bedsheets on the first day, which was particularly disappointing.

There were ants throughout the house, and the shower curtains were moldy when we arrived. We reported the moldy curtains and one of the loose faucets, and those issues were addressed. Thank you Wavecrest! You were responsive and helpful. We did not report every issue during our stay, but there were simply so many things that needed attention that it became difficult to overlook.

The biggest concern was the quality of the renovations and repairs. Much of the work appeared rushed and very poorly finished. For a beach house at this price point, we expected a much higher standard of upkeep and workmanship.

In summary, the house has a great location and potential, but it needs significant attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and the quality of the renovations.

Johnson Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The place was great—clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. It was conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, and beach access, which made everything so easy. We especially loved waking up to the beautiful beach view each morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and having enough space for everyone to spread out was a huge plus. It was also so nice that everyone had their own bathroom. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely return!

good house, great location one major disappointment

house was clean, well supplied, agency peeps were super friendly and attentive

one complaint, in the title it says "with BBQ / grill"

the 'grill' was a ****** little briquet BBQ full of a past tenants briquets and the grill was rusted out

$5,000 a week - seriously, why not drop $200 per YEAR and simply buy a new BBQ every year??

aside from that one (big) complaint all was as advertised

Great Vacay!

Our large family stayed at Twin Palms and enjoyed our stay! Everything was as it stated in the rental. Only improvement could have been been cleanliness underneath the house. Just had a lot of sand still that had not been swept out.

Beautiful house and location

My group had a wonderful time staying at Twin Palms! The proximity to the beach was unmatched. Just a 10-15 minute walk away from some nice bars, restaurants, and ice cream places too! Anthony was a very responsive host. I also appreciated the redone kitchen spaces, as the last time I stayed here was in 2022.
