Beautiful views

It was a beautiful condo and great location. The only issues we had were they gave 2 people 1 towels for a week and we had no washcloths when we arrived (those were delivered later). The keyless systems battery went dead one night and we had to wait over 2 hours to get someone to come, and I had already spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with them so that was a little aggravating. Other than those things, I thought it was a great value for the money and a beautiful place.

Nice modern condo with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with view of the ocean.

I loved everything about the stay! Everything looked EXACTLY like the photos! It’s not a scam lol BOOK IT! they were so nice to us me and my husband went for our anniversary. We enjoyed and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a nice spot with a beautiful ocean view this is the spot for you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo looks exactly like the pictures!! Amazing views and easy access to the beach. The beach area in front of the resort was not overly crowded. We had a small issue with the lock on our door and the maintenance staff was there within 10 minutes to fix it! Parking is across the street as with most of the oceanfront properties but it wasn’t too bad. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

The Patricia Grand unit 1508

There were a couple issues. The refrigerator didn't work well to the point we were replacing ice in the freezer twice a day to keep food cool. Never to freeze. There's communication with maintenance regarding. The company responsible for the laundry units does not maintain them. We had to go to three floors to find a working machine to do our laundry. The ice machines were the same issue.

Great Oceanfront Stay with Amazing Views

We had an excellent stay at The Patricia Grand Unit #1508. The oceanfront view was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our arrival. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, with easy beach access just steps away. Everything we needed was within reach, making our stay very convenient and relaxing. Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for a relaxing Myrtle Beach getaway!

This was my first time visiting Myrtle Beach, and the experience was fantastic. The location was easy to find, and access to the property was smooth and very convenient. The condo looked exactly like the pictures—no surprises, just a beautiful space with an amazing beachfront and ocean view.
Communication with the host and community was great throughout the stay. I even checked in a day early, and the process was incredibly easy and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this #1508 ocean view condo! It was exactly as described — clean, bright, and very comfortable. Waking up to the view and enjoying the balcony at sunrise was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect — close to the beach and restaurants, yet still peaceful. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and everything was well organized. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
