The Patricia Grand unit 1508

There were a couple issues. The refrigerator didn't work well to the point we were replacing ice in the freezer twice a day to keep food cool. Never to freeze. There's communication with maintenance regarding. The company responsible for the laundry units does not maintain them. We had to go to three floors to find a working machine to do our laundry. The ice machines were the same issue.

Great Oceanfront Stay with Amazing Views

We had an excellent stay at The Patricia Grand Unit #1508. The oceanfront view was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our arrival. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, with easy beach access just steps away. Everything we needed was within reach, making our stay very convenient and relaxing. Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for a relaxing Myrtle Beach getaway!

This was my first time visiting Myrtle Beach, and the experience was fantastic. The location was easy to find, and access to the property was smooth and very convenient. The condo looked exactly like the pictures—no surprises, just a beautiful space with an amazing beachfront and ocean view.
Communication with the host and community was great throughout the stay. I even checked in a day early, and the process was incredibly easy and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this #1508 ocean view condo! It was exactly as described — clean, bright, and very comfortable. Waking up to the view and enjoying the balcony at sunrise was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect — close to the beach and restaurants, yet still peaceful. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and everything was well organized. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
