Family trip

We were very disappointed. When we arrived the elevator in the parking garage was broken and would not be fixed for 6 months. For older individuals having to walk stairs or the ramps to get to the bottom floor was quite difficult and inconvenient. The unit itself was a decent size, but it was unfortunate that the curtains were rotten and there were several items that were broken and in need of repair. The unit was not well equipped. I would not recommend this location for us stay

SO SO

We enjoyed our stay at The Place Resort, Resort Room 1613. The location was great, and overall we had a good vacation.

A few things could use improvement. The couches are quite old and very soft—you sink into them, and they gave me a backache. The mattresses were also very soft and uncomfortable. The plastic plates were heavily scratched from use, which made us uncomfortable eating from them. The AC unit was also fairly loud.

I think the owners would make a big difference by investing in new couches, mattresses, and some new dishes. Other than those issues, we enjoyed the location and our stay.

Vacation stay

The beds were curtains in bedroom it was like sleeping in daylight all night. Very small deck hardly enough room for 2 people. Thought we were getting ocean front and it was just side view. It was clean . Got home and they said one of the little rubber pool brackets were missing and charged $25 will not stay there again

Good for what we needed

No complaints. Everything was neat and clean. Needed new paint, but the essential stuff was clean. Clean bathrooms and linens. Staff was very helpful! Elevators were very efficient! Nice pools and hot tubs. Comfortable beds!
