No pets allowed in the condo or on resort property.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM; please be respectful of neighbors.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Over-occupancy is prohibited and may result in fines.
Please leave the property neat and tidy at checkout and report any damages immediately.

Good for what we needed
No complaints. Everything was neat and clean. Needed new paint, but the essential stuff was clean. Clean bathrooms and linens. Staff was very helpful! Elevators were very efficient! Nice pools and hot tubs. Comfortable beds!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No complaints. Everything was neat and clean. Needed new paint, but the essential stuff was clean. Clean bathrooms and linens. This condo was great. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space for our family. View of the beach. Pools and hot tubs were clean. Very basic, minimum items supplied. We would stay here again. Cons: No baking tray or pizza cutter We just bought our own Restaurant was not open, was not made aware of that. A lot of people at the pools that didn’t even rent from the resort. Security was on it some days but most days not. Overall not a bad resort.

Great stay overall! Our weekend getaway was exactly what we needed—beautiful oceanfront views, a clean and comfortable space, and a great location near the beach. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay here again!
