The Margaritaville House presented by Wavecrest Beach Vacations. Enjoy a relaxing family getaway to Myrtle Beach at this bright beach house - perfect for an extended family to get together for a seaside holiday. Just a block from public beach access and within easy reach of great shopping and restaurants, this home is well-suited for comfort and convenience.

Downstairs, a family room with a TV leads to the full kitchen, which is well-equipped for home cooking and seating for everyone. The washer/dryer is upstairs.

One of the bedrooms has a TV, and another has a private balcony. Extra perks include a baby gate, Pack 'n Play, and beach toys.

The backyard features an outdoor dining area, providing a great gathering space. When it's time to hit the beach, don't forget to grab the boogie boards and sand toys on the way out!

Golfers are welcome! Many golf courses and golf resorts located in close proximity to the property.

0.5 miles from two golf courses: Beech Wood and Azalea Golf Course and many more golf courses within 5 miles

House Rules:

-This is a non-smoking property.

- You must be a minimum of 25 years old to book this property. Any reservation placed on property by anyone under 25 years old will be cancelled.

- Wavecrest Beach Vacations only rents to family groups. No house parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, ect.

Things To Know:

A closet upstairs is used as storage by the owner and will remain locked.

This property is managed by Wavecrest Beach Vacations, LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Great Space for Large Group
Great space for a large group. Quiet location, great views. Everything that was needed in the comfort of a home. CLean upon arrival. Enough space to fit about 5 cars. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Exactly what we needed!
This beach house was exactly what we needed. The site is very convenient and close to all our favorite hangouts. We had perfect weather, lots of golf and beach and really enjoyed sitting on the upstairs deck overlooking the ocean at the end of each day. Met the owner who was very nice.

A wonderful house close to the beach

Highly recommend for families!
I stayed in this house with 9 other males. The bunk room was a little tight, but we had plenty of room and really enjoyed our stay. The front porch and upper deck we the most popular spots to hang out and watch the beach and all the action. It's an older house with some dated appliances and furniture, but I think that added to the char,. I would stay again for another boys beach trio and also recommend for families.

The perfect House
The perfect home base for 8 guys on a golf trip. The Beach was close, food was close, and the place was comfortable for all of us. We'd stay again!
