This single-level beach cottage sleeps up to 4 guests:
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with deluxe linens
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests

Kitchen: Fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, and coffee maker
Note: The home does not have central HVAC. Window units provide both heating and cooling.

25% deposit due at booking; full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
Signed rental agreement and photo ID required to confirm booking
