Rates include utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking. 30-night minimum required.

Luxury linens with high-thread-count sheets (including sleeper sofas)

Beds made before arrival & towels pre-hung in each bathroom

House Rules & Rental Policies
Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests
Minimum Renter Age: 25 (guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent)
No Pets, No Motorcycles, No RVs, No Travel Trailers, and No Trailers
Golf Carts Are Allowed
Non-Smoking Property, including balconies and under-home areas
No Fireworks on property or in the community
No Hanging Towels, Clothing, or Items from Railings or Balconies
Parking for up to 4 vehicles (including golf carts). All vehicles are required to fit under the unit per HOA rules. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.
$200/day fine per guest for exceeding occupancy limits
25% deposit required; full payment due 30 days prior to arrival

A little dirty upon arrival, but overall ok
The unit we had was horribly dirty floor wise when we arrived. Alot of the bedding had stains. The unit was pretty outdated and the couches had stains. The property management was responsive and professional. Overall this place was ok for the cost.

Awesome location!!! Five minute walk to the beach!! Very spacious!! private parking!! Cabin looks really nice and it seems they just put new floors, if I had to complain about something is the kitchen and bathrooms were pretty dated. I think original cabinets and countertops in the kitchen. The bathrooms had dated wallpaper on walls and vanity and faucet are also pretty dated.

This cottage was easy to get to, close by the beach and right next to the pool. We loved it for our girls weekend! It had a great setup, stocked kitchen and everyone was raving about the mattresses and pillows. Place was clean and close to lots of fun stuff. We will definitely be back.
