Nice area
This is an older place and there needs to be some upgrades done in it. Like the bathroom in the hall needs to replace the tub fixtures so you can shower in there. Also there is no smart TV in the unit like it described. So if you need to watch a streaming channel bring a firestick to connect. the location is nice and only 2 minutes to the beach.

Beautiful beach with easy access. Nice pool. Unfortunately the pier was closed and there was construction going on outside our unit which started early in the mornings.

Peaceful, Cozy, and Close to the Beach
The host was fantastic with communication throughout our stay. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the location is just a short walk to the beach. The property complex was undergoing some balcony repairs, but the host informed us ahead of time and even offered a refund option. We chose to go ahead with our plans, and by the time we arrived, our balcony had been fully repaired. The condo was clean and met our expectations. While the paint and decor could use a bit of updating, it didn’t affect our overall experience, and it certainly wasn’t enough to detract from our stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Brief but great getaway
Stayed for 3 nights. Exterior of the building is dated but the unit we stayed in was fairly recently renovated. Nice unit with a better than expected view of the ocean and a well equipped kitchen. Communication was beyond excellent! The best part was how reasonable the cost was. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location and wavecrest was wonderful to work with. Very clean and nicely decorated. Only thing that was disappointing was very little pots or pans and coffee but no coffeemaker. Wavecrest took care of that immediately. Dinnerware very dated and mix and match. Would stay again hoping that would be taken care of.

overall we enjoyed the property, we did not receive our check in information, but Wavecrest was very responsive & supplied our digital key when needed. we did not have parking passes but again they were quickly & personally delivered. I will say, the pots & pans for cooking were the worst I have ever seen. The Teflon was coming off the frying pan & the one pot we could boil water with had a big burn spot we couldn't scrub off. There was no coffee pot as advertised, just a Kerag which we don't use, we went out & bought a French Press, so complying with the " no brought in appliances rule".I would bring some nice cookware to use next time because that was creepy stuff. Also, the full bed was so firm, it was like sleeping on an ironing board--I would definitely bring a thick mattress topper next time. The twin beds were more comfortable, but it was too bright from the hall lights to sleep in the 2nd bedroom. I would recommend some better blinds in that room. The living room , dining room & lanai were very well enjoyed, also the bathrooms were great.

Awesome stay with a great family atmosphere
Cool condo with a great family atmosphere. The fishing pier was great! The pool is nice, and my kids enjoyed our time there.
