We decided last minute to spend a few days in Myrtle Beach before school starts. The location was great. The unit was very clean and was as advertised. The only real drawback was not having in-unit laundry. The laundry machines were conveniently located but they were pricey in my opinion.

Great unit ! Loved the location ! Had a full kitchen to cook ! We had a issue with the air going out so it was hot but they got there to fix it as soon as they could !

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love the location just out of all the major congestion but close enough to all the restaurants and shops. Thr place is nice for the price with attention to amenities and cleanliness. It is a bit small but is meant for a couple or two or a small family. Checkin has been a breeze both times with instructions and a digital entry code provided to your phone. It's very easy to walk to the beach o4 to the pool. In our 2 stays, we have figured out what we believe to be the best restaurants around. We recommend Blueberry and Eggs Up for breakfast and Big Chill, Greg Norman, Hoskins, Rockefeller, and Boardwalk Billy's for dinner.

This location is a great value for your money! We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that could be improved. The property does not have an elevator and that information is not provided on the listing. Also the private pier for Sea Cabin guests is closed and apparently has been for 5 years. That information is not listed at all on the property information. The signage on the building is vague and there were no clear directions as to where to park.
Everything was clean as far as bathrooms, bedrooms, linens, towels, etc. however, the kitchen item need some definite improvement. The couch and beds were comfortable and the deck was nice. The kitchen essentials were old, worn and a lot of the dishes, mugs and glasses were dirty, so much that we had to wash them prior to using. The Kerig did not work, but luckily there was a backup coffee pot. The cabinets and drawers were so junked up with stuff, that it was hard to locate the items you did need.
There were out dated, expired cooking items in the cabinets, that was not pleasant to see.
Some simple attention to detail in the kitchen area would greatly improve this property.

This is an older place and there needs to be some upgrades done in it. Like the bathroom in the hall needs to replace the tub fixtures so you can shower in there. Also there is no smart TV in the unit like it described. So if you need to watch a streaming channel bring a firestick to connect. the location is nice and only 2 minutes to the beach.

Beautiful beach with easy access. Nice pool. Unfortunately the pier was closed and there was construction going on outside our unit which started early in the mornings.

The host was fantastic with communication throughout our stay. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the location is just a short walk to the beach. The property complex was undergoing some balcony repairs, but the host informed us ahead of time and even offered a refund option. We chose to go ahead with our plans, and by the time we arrived, our balcony had been fully repaired. The condo was clean and met our expectations. While the paint and decor could use a bit of updating, it didn’t affect our overall experience, and it certainly wasn’t enough to detract from our stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights. Exterior of the building is dated but the unit we stayed in was fairly recently renovated. Nice unit with a better than expected view of the ocean and a well equipped kitchen. Communication was beyond excellent! The best part was how reasonable the cost was. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and wavecrest was wonderful to work with. Very clean and nicely decorated. Only thing that was disappointing was very little pots or pans and coffee but no coffeemaker. Wavecrest took care of that immediately. Dinnerware very dated and mix and match. Would stay again hoping that would be taken care of.

overall we enjoyed the property, we did not receive our check in information, but Wavecrest was very responsive & supplied our digital key when needed. we did not have parking passes but again they were quickly & personally delivered. I will say, the pots & pans for cooking were the worst I have ever seen. The Teflon was coming off the frying pan & the one pot we could boil water with had a big burn spot we couldn't scrub off. There was no coffee pot as advertised, just a Kerag which we don't use, we went out & bought a French Press, so complying with the " no brought in appliances rule".I would bring some nice cookware to use next time because that was creepy stuff. Also, the full bed was so firm, it was like sleeping on an ironing board--I would definitely bring a thick mattress topper next time. The twin beds were more comfortable, but it was too bright from the hall lights to sleep in the 2nd bedroom. I would recommend some better blinds in that room. The living room , dining room & lanai were very well enjoyed, also the bathrooms were great.

A peaceful beach getaway just steps from the ocean. A very comfortable, well-kept rental that was a relaxing retreat with coastal charm.
