Property Rules:
- Resort Fee: $30/day, paid directly to Sands Ocean Club at check-in.
- Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
- No Pets Allowed: A $500 fine and immediate eviction will apply for violations.
- No Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. No smoking on balconies or in common areas. $500 fine and eviction for violations.
- No Parties or Large Gatherings: This is a family-friendly property. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
- Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 6 guests. Unauthorized guests will result in a $200/day fine per person and possible eviction.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM | Check-out at 10:00 AM. Guests must check in at the resort front desk.
- Trash Disposal: Bagged trash must be placed in the dumpster located outside the property entrance.

Awful experience

Took 3 keys, 2 trips to the front desk and 2 calls to the management company to get into the room. The door was broken and the floor was dirty. Bed in master was like laying on a piece of plywood. Couldn't get pool towels even though the resort fees were paid to the hotel

The best of both worlds

This is our second stay at Sands Ocean Club thru Wavecrest. This rental was clean and spacious. We did run into a few minor issues--malfunction with the double pullout (there is also a single), missing linens, issue with the ice maker--but messaged the host and all issues were addressed quickly! Nothing that affected our stay.

The location is fantastic,easy beach access in North Myrtle but still close enough to the fun and attractions. We love this location bc the kids can enjoy the pool while adults can listen to live music and have drinks from Ocean Annie's at the same time!

Great Place to Stay

The unit was clean and well maintained. It was obvious that a recent renovation/update had occurred. The funishings were very nice. Check-in was easy and communication with the rental company was excellent. We enjoyed our honeymoon trip immensely due to the beautiful condo and the amenities offered at the Sands Ocean Club. We will definitely choose to rent this condo again in the near future. All necessities were available in the condo. The view from the balcony is great with beautiful views of the ocean from both balconies. The location of the property is convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants. We are looking forward to another stay in this property and renting from Wavecrest Beach Vacations again soon.

A Place To Sleep

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not coming back- the room was not cleaned well before our arrival, had to leverage to get more towels, and horrible parking. Spend the extra money to go somewhere else. The only thing positive is that the room had many places to sleep- except for the disgustingly stained pull-out sofa bed mattress.

Nice place great location just small minor issues

Is a nice place with a lot of new appliances, dishes, etc. sheets beds, but the place was not 100% clean when we checked in and then it was very noisy outside and in the rooms adjoining you could hear people talkingOther than that it was a great place
