Property Rules:
- Resort Fee: $30/day, paid directly to Sands Ocean Club at check-in.
- Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
- No Pets Allowed: A $500 fine and immediate eviction will apply for violations.
- No Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. No smoking on balconies or in common areas. $500 fine and eviction for violations.
- No Parties or Large Gatherings: This is a family-friendly property. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
- Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 6 guests. Unauthorized guests will result in a $200/day fine per person and possible eviction.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM | Check-out at 10:00 AM. Guests must check in at the resort front desk.
- Trash Disposal: Bagged trash must be placed in the dumpster located outside the property entrance.

Parking:
- On-site parking garage located in front of the resort. A parking pass is provided at check-in. Paid public parking is also available nearby.
