Minimum Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on balconies.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and excessive noise are not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy: Strictly enforced at 8 guests.
Balcony Rules: No hanging towels, clothing, or items of any kind from the balcony.
Parking: Parking garage access is provided and conveniently located near the unit. Vehicles must follow all resort parking rules.

Sand dunes resort

I loved being able to sit on the balcony and see the beach and hear the sound of the waves. It was nice and clean. I do wish there had been more dishes available to cook with. But overall it was a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

It was an amazing trip, I truly enjoyed the patio and the view. However it wasn’t oceanfront as advertised but could definitely clearly see the ocean.

Relaxing

We had a good stay at Sand Dunes Resort. The location is great, right on the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions, which made everything very convenient. The rental unit was clean and had the basic essentials needed for our stay. Check-in was easy, and communication was clear. Overall, it was a solid stay and good value for the location.

Fantastic Stay
