Introducing our newest addition to Luxury Beach Rentals! Step into our beautiful 2-story penthouse with modern furnishings, high ceilings, and huge windows that flood the space with natural light and stunning ocean views. The roomy living area is perfect for relaxing, with a comfy sleeper sofa and a big 60-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and more, all while enjoying a breathtaking ocean view.

This penthouse has two cozy bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Wake up to the soothing sound of the waves and enjoy a beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom's private balcony or from the second balcony accessible from the living room.

And when you're not in your beautiful penthouse, you can take advantage of the fantastic amenities offered at The Palms Resort, including oceanfront and indoor pools and spas, a fitness center, indoor kiddie pool and more. Your perfect beach getaway awaits!

- Minimum age of 25 for ALL renters. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent

- Parking limited to 2 vehicles ONLY

- Deposit required to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

- No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

- No Smoking: In-unit, on balconies, and in all common areas (designated smoking areas only). Violations will result in a $300 fine

- 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

Acceptable for the price

You get what you pay for. They provide very limited amenities (2 rolls of toilet paper for 2.5 baths). It needs a good cleaning, it appears clean until you take a closer look. Location was great, easy access to the buildings, bed was comfortable. If you fly into MB and pick a condo for use of the kitchen this is not the place. No coffee, even Motel 6 provides coffee. Overall. If you only want a place to shower and sleep it is worth the price.

My family and I loved the view and the room and the location. Great weather. The food was great. Very close to Broadway which is a wonderful place to go. Very satisfying.

Amazing views

We had such a great stay the place was very clean and welcoming. Plenty of room for our large family. The check in was easy we had a few issues but they was quick to get them fixed. Will definitely stay here again. Only complaint is nothing was noted about the beach access being shut down due to construction for 2 days of our stay we had to walk almost a mile to get on the beach but other then that amazing

5 nights on Myrtle Beach

well worn condo in good location but lots of beach restoration contruction (all hours including 2-3am :-). lock code didn't work on arrival and after multiple calls that could not solve, including a back code, had to wait for maintence who also failed to open with codes provided....but had no key. finally called someone who had another code that worked and we got into our condo after a 1.5 hour delay. Another maintenance person arrived the following day to reprogram the other codes to work. The Palms is no a resort. Never found and front desk help in the other building and never was able to get a code to the lock on the fitness center. Other amenities in condo worked and were as advertized.

Great Stay at Palms Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Palms Resort! The view was absolutely amazing, and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything in the area. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
