The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and more, all while enjoying a breathtaking ocean view.

This penthouse has two cozy bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Wake up to the soothing sound of the waves and enjoy a beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom's private balcony or from the second balcony accessible from the living room.

And when you're not in your beautiful penthouse, you can take advantage of the fantastic amenities offered at The Palms Resort, including oceanfront and indoor pools and spas, a fitness center, indoor kiddie pool and more. Your perfect beach getaway awaits!

- Minimum age of 25 for ALL renters. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent

- Parking limited to 2 vehicles ONLY

- Deposit required to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

- 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

Responsive host. We had a few issues on check-in, but the maintenance folks came quickly to address them. Location is awesome and views from the penthouse is amazing.
