- Minimum age to rent is 25, and we do not rent to locals.
- Valid government-issued ID verification and signed rental agreement are required to complete all bookings.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking in the condo or on the property – $500 fee for violations.
- No house parties or groups under age 25.
- Check-in time is 4 PM; check-out time is 10 AM. Delays may occur during peak season.
- Please report any damages immediately to Wavecrest Beach Vacations at.

Basic stay don't be fooled by Penthouse status
The condo it's is fine. But all amenities are very minimal. If you plan on cooking here bring 90%of your own stuff. Also from the time we got to the condo we were met with obstacles. The parking was not available for our unit as they were painting the outside so were told rudely to park somewhere else (after we had our car unloaded. We couldn't even go in the door on that level. Then the elevator requires a code for the PH which they neglected to give us until I messaged them. Also the unit door didn't lock 90% of the time. You could just turn the handle and walk in. It was just a very aggravating and sub par stay.
1 stock of everything... toilet paper, trash bags, all soaps, mini toiletries, etc
The TV had a direct tv log in that wouldn't let us in. When we called the emergency contact number, nobody responded until the next day and then it seemed like AI response. We've stayed in multiple condos on this property and this was one of my least favorite.

A Good Place to Stay
We had a good experience renting Ocean Blue Resort PH2. The condo was very spacious, well stocked, and clean. Unfortunately, I do think the mattress in the master bedroom is due for replacement because it was extremely firm and does sag in the middle. This unfortunately made it difficult for me to sleep; however, my wife seemed to do okay. Additionally, the condo does come with a reserved parking space in the garage but be aware that it is extremely narrow and tight to fit into. So, if you have a larger vehicle, you may want to park elsewhere. Unfortunately, I scraped the wall a few times with our van while I was trying to pull into the spot. Other than that, this was a good place to stay. We did have a minor A/C issue, but Wavecrest Beach Vacations was extremely prompt in responding and had maintenance out extremely quickly to look into it and it was back up and running within a few hours. I would definitely rent through them again.

NOLA has deteriorated quite a bit since my last visit 3 years ago. Exiting the main freeway, the neighborhoods leading to our temporary home are very run down, pedestrians appear unfriendly.. this put my family on edge.
Our stay was comfortable, we stayed in mostly due to rain. Plenty of space for everyone, besides the location everything else was fine. Chefs, be prepared spices are not stocked.

beautiful place
Beautiful oceanfront penthouse with stunning views and plenty of space for a large group. The unit is clean, well-equipped, and offers great amenities like a pool, hot tub, and direct beach access. Perfect for a relaxing Myrtle Beach getaway close to attractions.

amazing view
The furniture felt new and very comfortable, which made the space even more enjoyable. The location on the south end of the beach was perfect—peaceful and away from the noise, but still close enough to everything we needed. It was an ideal spot for our trip with my in laws, and we truly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere.

The host was welcoming and the pent house was very nice. A little more upfront info on additional parking would have been helpful. But the did have it in the PH. Hot tub and pool were great!
