Deposit & Payments: 25% due at booking; remaining balance due 30 days before arrival
No Pets / No Parties / No Events
No Smoking: In-unit, on balconies, and in all common areas (designated smoking areas only)
No Motorcycles, Mopeds, RVs, Trailers, or Golf Carts
Parking: Pass must be displayed at all times; limit 2 vehicles

Prohibited Activities:
No fireworks on property or beach access areas
No hanging towels or items from balconies
No feeding wildlife or birds
Fines: $200/day per violation for over-occupancy, unauthorized pets, smoking, or rule infractions

All properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest's arrival.

Winter Monthly Rentals (Nov–Feb)

This place was beautiful I loved the furniture freely like home and the bedroom and living room ocean views OMG I was so in love with both views simply amazing what I didn’t like is the pools and hot tub was dirty as far as the amenities to use there but my stay and communication was great id definitely stay here again beach access was a walk away

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfy, the balconies were great! I wish there was a list of instructions on the counter when we came in. The text we received said place garbage in dumpsters. We looked everywhere. We asked a neighbor and they said oh we dont have them. You leave the trash outside your door and they grab it. I threw a load of clothes in the wash, but the dryer did not work. It got warm and tumbled but did not dry them. Maybe had sand in the sensors. No one works at the front desk. Instruction text said we get a parking pass...but there was no one working there to get one from. A neighbor said just park in the lot across the street they wont ticket us. Wish there was a pass left on the counter with an accurate instruction manual to put my mind at ease. Everything else was perfect. Great pools. Amazing views. Great shower pressure. Lovely place. They were quick to respond when i texted with questions. I just wished i didnt have to bother them.

Nice clean condo with good space and a great view!

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Palms resort! There was a lot of room for our family of 5 to sleep and relax in the condo. There were a few minor issues/updates that I recommended, which were well received by management. Beyond that, the location, cleanliness, beach access, pool and views were beautiful! Nice place. Great location.

Communication with property management iffy at best. Would have liked the place to have been cleaned better, expressed that our first morning, was told someone would be sent out, then no further action or communication ever occured. Other than that, everything was ok.

Great Place!!!

The condo was in a great location and right on the beach. It has 2 balconies to just chill and watch the waves come in. It was clean and the condo was exactly as the pictures showed. I would definitely stay here again!!!
