New Listing! Nautical Escapes at Palms Resort #1201

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfy, the balconies were great! I wish there was a list of instructions on the counter when we came in. The text we received said place garbage in dumpsters. We looked everywhere. We asked a neighbor and they said oh we dont have them. You leave the trash outside your door and they grab it. I threw a load of clothes in the wash, but the dryer did not work. It got warm and tumbled but did not dry them. Maybe had sand in the sensors. No one works at the front desk. Instruction text said we get a parking pass...but there was no one working there to get one from. A neighbor said just park in the lot across the street they wont ticket us. Wish there was a pass left on the counter with an accurate instruction manual to put my mind at ease. Everything else was perfect. Great pools. Amazing views. Great shower pressure. Lovely place. They were quick to respond when i texted with questions. I just wished i didnt have to bother them.

It seemed like it was going to be tricky parking and checking in but it was easy.
Great view of the ocean. We walked to some really good restaurants.

All was great with this property. We appreciate the flexibility with allowing an early check in time and responsive communication. Just be mindful the 3rd bedroom is very small.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was great with this property. We appreciate the flexibility with allowing an early check in time and responsive communication. We enjoyed our recent stay at the Palms resort! There was a lot of room for our family of 5 to sleep and relax in the condo. There were a few minor issues/updates that I recommended, which were well received by management. Beyond that, the location, cleanliness, beach access, pool and views were beautiful! Communication with property management iffy at best. Would have liked the place to have been cleaned better, expressed that our first morning, was told someone would be sent out, then no further action or communication ever occured. Other than that, everything was ok.

The condo was in a great location and right on the beach. It has 2 balconies to just chill and watch the waves come in. It was clean and the condo was exactly as the pictures showed. I would definitely stay here again!!!
