Perfect location and quiet atmosphere!

The property was clean and well maintained as a whole. It was quiet and people were friendly and respectful. Unfortunately there was still smoking on nearby balconies but I didn’t take off points for that. The unit itself was designed with love. Every detail was considered. There is an L shaped couch that transitions to an additional bed, a nice tv with sound bar in living room, comfortable upgraded balcony furniture with a beautiful view and unmatched breeze, the king bed is comfortable, and the kitchen was VERY well equipped from pots and pans to seasonings, to knives and cutting boards, ice cube trays, both traditional brew and keurig coffee pots, toaster, and a drying rack under the sink. This kitchen made cooking super easy! The freezer has ice cube trays for DIY ice. The shower had AMAZING pressure. There are three complimentary beach chairs available to borrow in the unit. The unit was very easy to get in and out of with the provided codes. The management company was also very responsive. Overall, it was the most delightful stay and we didn’t want to leave. Suggestions to future guests - bring an SOS pad for the stainless steel pots for cleaning, bring a fan if you like air movement when you sleep (like me!) as there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom or living room, make sure the parking pass is in your car. I watched people get towed - eek! The smoking from other balconies was intrusive, disgusting, and against the building rules, however there is no one to report it to and hard to tell which unit it’s coming from.

Outdoor pool was closed during our stay but, the indoor pool was just as nice. Condo was clean and as described. Beach view was breathtaking and very easy access getting to the beach.

Very relaxing and quiet. Beds were pretty comfortable which is hard to find. The pools were heated inside and outside! Wonderful in the evening, refreshing! Love side ocean views as well.

We always enjoy our stays at Meridian Plaza, this stay was no different. It’s clean, safe, quiet and everything you could want is just right up the way!
This host left some nice extra touches:

Popcorn to microwave
Lovely array of beach supplies that are in great shape!
The setup for furniture is great. Across the board this room is amazing.

Our stay was very enjoyable and while an older property, the grounds and unit was well taken care of. The unit was very clean in regards to all the important areas you’d hope for which was very impressive considering other properties I’ve visited in Myrtle Beach. I could use a really thorough dusting and wipe down of air vents, bathroom hairdryer wires and walls/door casings in general like most hotels/condo units but this would not deter me from booking the unit again. We did have an issue with the original building access code provided to us not being correct which was stress when arriving to the unit after midnight during the night of our check in after our baseball tournament games ended. We called the after hours numbers provided by the booking desk voicemail instructions & the property management number listed onsite but neither answered. Thankfully another tenet was outside and let us in; otherwise, we would not have been able to get in to go to the unit. Apparently the building access code was changed with the booking agents being aware. While frustrating at the time, the next day I contacted our booking agent who promptly helped and verified everything for me. No other issues after that. All in all, the unit was nice, clean and comfortable. The view was fabulous. The property & common facilities were well kept & clean and all onsite plus booking agents where friendly and helpful too. It was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Spent a lot of time on the balcony!! Enjoyed the beach, restaurants and shopping. No sheets for the pull out sofa bed!! Also need to put weather stripping in door to prevent door from rattling doing high wind. Tropical Storm Chantel came during our stay. Patio door needs to be repaired.

Had a great stay! The only downside is you have to carry your garbage all the way down the elevator, across the street, all the way behind the parking garage. It was a bit ridiculous. Definitely need to figure something different out!
