Property Rules:
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for violations.
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, or similar vehicles allowed on property.
No fireworks permitted on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. No smoking is allowed inside, on the patio, or in shared spaces. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. Violations will incur a $500 fine and eviction.

Payment Policy:
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Our Wavecrest stay at the Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach was an amazing experience!! The condo was the most beautiful decorated condo I’ve ever been in up to date and spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—including a fully stocked kitchen, soft linens, plenty of towels, and a very nice patio. The Wavecrest experience from booking to check in, and check out was flawless. Their follow-up was just right with always a professional attitude. Will definitely use them again without hesitation.

Perfect Trip with Friends

Barefoot Resort 815 was the perfect home base for our weekend getaway. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a laid-back vibe that made it easy to unwind. We spent our mornings on the screened porch, our afternoons at the pool, and our evenings exploring Barefoot Landing just a few minutes away. A great trip to North Myrtle Beach!

Our stay at Barefoot Resort 815 was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe that immediately put us in vacation mode. We especially loved the screened-in porch—it was the perfect spot for morning coffee with peaceful golf course views. The unit had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and plenty of room for our family to spread out. The resort is quiet and beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed the large community pool and walking trails. The location was ideal—just minutes from the beach, shopping at Barefoot Landing, great restaurants, and even live music. The shuttle to the oceanfront was super convenient, too! This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Barefoot Resort 815 for anyone looking for a peaceful yet close-to-it-all getaway in North Myrtle Beach!
