No Smoking: In-unit, on balconies, and in all common areas (designated smoking areas only). Violations will result in a $300 fine
No Motorcycles, Mopeds, RVs, Trailers, or Golf Carts
Parking: Pass must be displayed at all times; 1 vehicle maximum

Prohibited:
No fireworks anywhere on property
No hanging towels, clothing, or items from balconies
No feeding wildlife or birds
Fines: $200/day for over-occupancy, unauthorized pets, smoking, or rule violations

Great little place for the price!

My daughter and I had a great trip. The rental was clean and mostly well maintained. It was good for 2 people, but due to size I wouldn't really suggest more unless they are small children. The company handling the rental was very responsive and helpful. The area had a lot to do within a short walk or drive. We were not thrilled to find the large construction pier outside. Its not pretty to look at. But there was not a ton of noise from the construction, so that was a plus. Overall, I would stay here again at this price!

Comfortable place, spectacular beach view, and close to entertainment. It's on the 3rd floor with quick elevator access, The complex has two buildings: ours had an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub, while the other building had a nice-sized outdoor pool we enjoyed. Thank you.

The condo was nice, but the tv in the living room always was roaming and had to watch it in the bedroom. The couch was not comfortable for older people. Had only one trash bag and had to go pay some.

Booked this condo with one review and a dream! Happy to report the dream survived! The VIEW??? Unreal! Condo is clean, updated, no smell, no bugs (in MYRTLE?? I'm impressed) great water pressure, comfy beds, and neighbors we never heard.. suspicious but appreciated. Beautifully stocked: wine & can opener , Keurig AND drip coffee (priorities), beach chairs/toys, plush towels, and tap water that doesn’t taste like Myrtle city water. Parking is across the street. Clearance is..a suggestion. Door doesn’t auto-lock, so either read the instructions or learn the hard way like I did. Building is older but actively getting love. Some construction nearby, including the new 24th st run off project next door. Pools/hot tubs are solid, use the outdoor hot tub unless you hate your swimsuit. For the Nitpicky Normas: a few landlord specials, one emotionally unstable fitted sheet on a saggy bed, and a single ice tray (fixed that..you're welcome).Would I stay again? Absolutely. 10/10 will book again

Easy accessible and walking disrance to beach area. Areas were clean and maintained in building. In this unit we had some trouble with the fitted sheets staying on the mattress. Small water drops were falling from the ceiling near the couch area. Maintenance checked out the leak and assured us it would be repaired.

Great place overall

This place is as advertised overall. Great location on the beach and about a twenty minute walk to the boardwalk. There’s work being done constructing a new pier on the beach and is in your field of vision when sitting out on the balcony and on weekdays they are making some noise while your on the beach, but nothing terrible.The room is really nice and mainly all redone. The lobby and pool area in this building are dated and look a bit older than on the pictures on the site
