25% deposit due at booking, with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
Signed rental agreement and photo ID required to finalize booking

We had a perfect stay and loved the lake view.! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this property.

Condo was great.close to everything we needed and quiet in the evenings to ensure a good night sleep. Everything we needed was included and the management company was on top of everything for checkin and checkout. We would stay again.
