Maximum of two vehicles allowed per reservation
Daily housekeeping is not included; extra linens/towels can be provided for a surcharge
25% deposit due at booking, with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
Signed rental agreement and photo ID required to finalize booking

Perfect!
Condo was great.close to everything we needed and quiet in the evenings to ensure a good night sleep. Everything we needed was included and the management company was on top of everything for checkin and checkout. We would stay again.
