No smoking or vaping inside the condo, on the balcony, or in common areas
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay
Please leave the property neat and tidy upon checkout and report any damages immediately
Onsite parking in the 5-level parking garage (height clearance of 6'8"). No overhead vehicle storage units permitted
Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed on the property

You Folks are Liars and Decietful

Wavecrest just left a review on Airbnb about me that stated that I reported a "minor" issue and "indicated that I intended to leave a negative review if compensation was not provided". I never said such a thing. I said I was going to leave an HONEST review that is negative because the owner must think the place is immaculate with the tape on the cupboards, scuff marks on the walls, stains on the furniture, mold on the outside chairs, faucet coming apart, etc. And it was not minor. The sofa bed was totally old and completely destroyed and falling apart and my wife and I got zero sleep the entire stay. I got pics, video and texts to prove all of this. There is literally another review stating similar issues, and Wavecrest says they were unaware of these things. I would have still gave the same honest review but with the compensation I would have added that you folks proved you cared about your guests and WE WILL BE GOING BACK. You people should be ashamed of yourselves, evidentally especially Sarah.

Relaxing stay

Our stay was excellent. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to the beach with great views and easy access to nearby attractions. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and responsive throughout the stay. Overall, a relaxing and very enjoyable experience.

Weekend trip

The place was ok it did say that the condo was updated, but it was not updated. 2 of the pools were closed for 2 days when we got there, so we did not really get to enjoy that. And it's says they are heated and they were not. We tried the gauzzi the room and whole bunch of gunt came out we sent a message to you guys about the problem you said someone would come and look at it and Noone ever came.

Exceptional

Location was good as long as you dont mind driving for food and activities which I dont so that was great.. Parking was in a parking garage and extremely convenient. The condo had everything we needed. I've stayed a few different places in this area and this was my favorite. I would definately stay here again when I get a chance to come back. I have nothing for this box I liked everything about this place. If I had any complaints it would be the indoor pool area was closed for repairs but heck there was a big ol pool right outside called the ocean lol.
