- No daily housekeeping provided; extra linens available for a surcharge
- 25% deposit due at booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival

I usually don’t write reviews, but I saw there were none for this listing so I figured I’d be the first. This was a GREAT place, especially for the price. If you have small kids and are looking for a place look no further. Lazy river, indoor pool, outdoor pool, several hot tubs, kiddie pool, water park and a waterslide. They let us adults go down too! Tiki bar was very nice. Shaved ice on the pool deck. Pool hours 9am-11pm and waterslide closes at 5. Due South was very very good. We got the pizza and a hoagie. Starbucks on site and Turtle bay cafe which we didn’t get to try. River city cafe next door (walkable) was GREAT! Room was clean. Very nice view from the balcony. Full size fridge, coffee pot, stove, microwave. All cooking tools included. 2 separate rooms with 2 beds each. 2 tvs. NO trouble parking at any time, 10 floors of parking and most spots were empty. Overall great place. We are pleased and would love to come back. Thank you!!

Loved the Resort Amenities, But the Room Fell Short

The property description was accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. The oceanfront location along with the pools, hot tubs, and lazy river were definitely the highlights of our stay.

While I appreciate the renovations made to update an older hotel room, the space was in need of a much deeper cleaning and better upkeep. The room was dusty, there was hair from previous guests along the baseboards, and the linens were stained, which made the room feel less fresh and well-maintained than expected.

Customer service was responsive. Upon arrival, we noticed one of the beds was missing a blanket/comforter, and management brought one the following day.

Overall, the amenities and location were enjoyable, but due to the cleanliness and maintenance concerns, I would not recommend this property to friends or family.

Nice!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed at Grande Cayman Resort and it was super solid for a group of 5. The layout is roomy enough. Kitchen’s fully stocked so you can cook if you don’t wanna eat out every time, and free parking is a big win (especially with kids lol). Resort amenities are honestly the main vibe — pool, lazy river, hot tubs, waterpark… there’s always something to do. Plus being literally steps from the beach is just chef’s kiss
