Golfers Paradise on River Oaks

Looked better in the photo's than in person. Location was good, but not the cleanest.

We visited Golfers Paradise for a long weekend. While it is adjacent to the River Oaks golf property, there was no golf package included. The condo was basic and could use a few tweaks. Better pillows (or extra pillows), bedside lamps, new bathroom faucet, regular/durable kitchen trash bags, things like that…. These little things would just show a little investment in the space. We would visit this property again as it was close to what we wanted and the price point was great.

Bathrooms dirty, Moldy shower curtains, dirty bathmats. HVAC on all the time unable to regulate temp. Pet hair all over furniture. No bureaus in bedrooms for clothes, we were there for 31/2 weeks,living out os suitcase. Dishwasher not secure, fell forward when opened. Had to wash pots/pans before using. Porch on the main road, could not open curtains ,no privacy. Internet not secure and spotty reception. Had to use library for secured transactions.
Pest control let themselves in condo with no notice while we were sleeping. Claimed they had contract to do so.
Shame is the price was good and location was convenient for us. Will not be staying there again. Asked by MGT why we didnt call first day, things popped up all the time. I would have called all the time. Not worth my stress.

The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just minutes from the golf courses we wanted to play and close to great restaurants and shops. After long days on the course, we loved relaxing on the balcony overlooking the serene greens. The Wavecrest team was fantastic! Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
