Property Rules:

- Check in is from 4PM or later. Check out is 10AM.
- No events or group gatherings
- No smoking, including balcony.
- Minimum age of primary renter: 25
- No Pets Allowed (Including Emotional Support / Comfort Animals)
- Unassigned Parking Spaces in open lot for vehicles- no campers, boats, trailers, motorcycles, or golf carts.
- Grills: Due to the fire code, no charcoal or propane grills allowed on the balconies.
- No glass at the pools and whirlpools
- Quiet hours are between 11:00PM - 8:00AM.

We really enjoyed the condo; beds were very comfortable and everything was very convenient!

The condo was really nice and comfortable The only thing I would suggest is to get some kind of curtains in the master bedroom! The other 2 rooms have blackout curtains which were great! The vertical blinds in the master also don’t close really good, and it’s really bright in the room

This place was great!!! It was clean and spacious. It is in a great location. The beach and downtown North Myrtle Beach is two miles away. It is peaceful sitting on the balcony along the intracoastal waterway. It is a gated community with a great pool and hot tub. Would stay here again!!!

It was lovely nice and clean enjoyed the view at night on the balcony. The only issue was we was on the 3rd floor and my knee was bad due to surgery and my daughter had to bring all of her dance bags up and down the stairs

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, big, and very comfortable for our group. We really enjoyed the nice water views and having coffee on the balcony.

The kitchen had everything we needed, so it was easy to cook meals. The location was also very good—close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still quiet and relaxing.
