Property Rules:
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas.
No pets are allowed under any circumstances. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.
No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with resort policies.
No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or oversized vehicles are permitted on the property.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Over-occupancy will result in a fine of $200 per person per day and possible immediate eviction.
Daily housekeeping is not provided. If the unit includes a washer and dryer, guests are encouraged to use it. Extra linens and towels are available for a surcharge if needed.
Check-in instructions, access code, and digital guide will be sent prior to arrival.
A 25% deposit is due at booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A signed rental agreement and photo ID verification are required to complete your reservation.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would love to stay here again our next vacation.

It was very clean inside the rooms, very easy to navigate the area. The pools were kept clean. The only thing I didn’t like was one of the security guards in the pool area yelled at my 6 & 4 year olds because they were in the hot tub. I don’t understand why you have to be 14 to be inside the hot tub. Also they weren’t fully sitting in the hot tub they were sitting on the top step with their feet inside because I was in the hot tub.

Disappointing!!

Upon arrival they didnt have my reservation in the system. I had to call Wavecrest beach vacations, the phone hung up the first time. The second time I was told that I never confirmed my reservation through email but I paid in full and received a booking number and confirmation number that I provided. When I got to the room it was so humid the floors were sweating from the front door to the balcony. I had 2 adults, 4 children, we only received 4 sets of towels, no pool towels, the sleeper sofa had no pillows or bedspread. When my daughter went to the front desk she was told that we couldn’t have any towels or pool towels because we didn’t rent from the property but through . So I made another phone call on Saturday morning with my complaints the lady was pleasant and I told her how disappointed I was in the service. Of course no one offered a night free or nothing but I got some towels but still no pool towels. I will never stay here whether I book through Caravelle directly or through any other booking site. The resort itself should have been more courteous and understanding and simply gave us some more towels/pool towels

The experience was awesome! The host was really good at communication and helpful and kind. they were always very responsive when ever I had any questions.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. there was plenty of room for cooking in the kitchen, getting ready in the bath room, storing clothes in a little closet cut out and cabinets, and work in the workspace area. There was always plenty of parking and the lot was right next to the room which made it easy to check in and out.
the balcony was very peaceful and had a view of the ocean. you could even see it well from the couch in the work space area. the large window and door let alot of natural light in and it felt really nice being in the room.
its in a great neighborhood. the dunes is a pretty wealthy part of town so it feels really safe to be out at night. its right on the beach which is cool also.
they have a bar on the property along with a gym, game room, laundromat and awesome pool area.

The only complaint was that I drove our F250 crew cab and had to park across the street. The parking garage is not large enough to accommodate that size vehicle. The boys had a great time

Overall the stay was nice the only issue I had was parking my truck in the parking garage. It was very tight. I had to park across the street in the other garage. The room was comfortable. The grandkids had a blast in the pools

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was good except there is no grill like stated and we didn't take spices because the website said there was some there of which there wasn't. I would stay there again. Great location!!!
