Mislead - Needs work

Pros: On the beach.
Cons: No parking pass in the room upon arrival. Listing for this had grill, dishwasher, ice maker listed. It didn't have those, it had ice trays though. "Towels provided" were only in the room, they told us we have to bring our own beach towels right before we left for the trip. Hair dryer was broken in the bathroom. Back door door handle was broken leaving it inoperable from the outside. Some slight fish/BO smell in the closet area when you went in there. Chunks of dirt/grime as if they didn't mop on the floor. The garage parking overflow is across the street, making it difficult to carry luggage/groceries across the street. Housekeeper was not included as its listed on the site.

They sent a maintenance guy up to fix the door handle, and was going to send someone to clean and investigate the smell. I declined the investigation and cleaning as my family already had unpacked and unloaded everywhere. The maintenance guy just showed up on, luckily i was in the room. Not real sure if he would have let himself in or what was going to happen there. He brought the parking pass that day. (I had asked the Site front desk for a pass as I didn't want to get ticketed when I arrived). Had to reconnect internet on the tv's daily for some reason. I had to descale and unclog the keurig machine, didn't know before hand but they had a regular pot in the cabinet as well or i would have shopped/opted for coffee for that instead.

All in all it isn't a terrible place, just don't expect much or expect what's listed. I won't go back and will not recommend this place. I'm disappointed nothing was offered to help with the stresses and issues we had.

This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Wavecrest Vacations was so friendly and very easy to get ahold of. We even had to add to our guest list and it wasn’t a problem at all! We appreciate how nice the condo was and can’t wait for our next trip!

Great view. The responsiveness of the team, friendly team, convenience of the location. heated pool and nice hot tub. Indoor pool and hot tub on 7th floor was undergoing maintenance, but almost over.

Lovely

This oceanfront condo at Caravelle Resort is a nice and relaxing place for a couple’s trip in Myrtle Beach. It has a private balcony with a great ocean view, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves and relax together. The resort has good amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, a hot tub, and direct beach access, which makes it easy to enjoy the beach anytime. It is also in a good location, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still quiet enough to relax. A good choice for a simple and peaceful beach getaway for two people.

The oceanfront location was beautiful, with easy beach access and a relaxing view from the balcony. Comfortable and well-equipped for our stay. The sleeping space worked well for our group, and having amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. Parking is tight, but convenient. The view isn't direct, which makes the balcony less windy, and you still get a beautiful side view of the ocean.
