Please initial your name to each box to indicate you have understood and agreed to the written terms.
Check-in information & directions will be emailed exactly a week prior to your arrival around 4:00pm
EST. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder in your email in the event you do not see it. Be sure to read
this in its entirety as it contains the address, door code, wifi, and everything you need for a smooth
check in.
Renters: Wavecrest Beach Vacations rents to families, married couples, and individuals. We do not rent
to anyone under 25 years of age, high school and college students or groups. Renters making
reservations must use the property during the entire period of the reservation. Also, renters agree to
limit the number of people to the maximum stated occupancy level for the property.
Check-in: Check-in is 4:00pm or later on the scheduled day of arrival. Check-in information & directions
will be emailed exactly a week prior to your arrival around 4:00pm EST. Please be sure to arrive no
earlier than 4:00pm, unless you have received approval and paid for early check in. We require early
check ins to be solidified a week in advance to allow our cleaners to properly prepare their schedules.

Checkout: Checkout is 10:00am on the scheduled day of departure. Please be sure to depart no later
than 10:00am, unless you have received approval and paid for late check out. We require late check
outs to be solidified a week in advance to allow our cleaners to properly prepare their schedules. Please
reach out to [email protected] to inquire about late check out.
Cleaning: We have professional cleaners that carefully clean the property in preparation for your arrival.
Although you have paid a cleaning fee and are not required to clean the home, we please ask for you to
help the cleaners by leaving the property in orderly fashion prior to your departure. Please do not leave
any food, wrappers, drinks, dishes, etc. on the counters or on the floors. Also note that any excessive
and additional cleaning required following your departure may result in additional costs.
We do have additional mid stay cleaning options available for an additional fee. If you are interested,
please reach out to us and we will go over the services provided. Please give us a week's notice so we
can allow the cleaners to confirm availability and schedule accordingly.
Smoking & Pet Policy:
All properties are Non Smoking. Renters are allowed to smoke on balconies and outside the unit. If it is
determined that smoking occurred inside the property, the renter will be charged $500.
Pets of any kind are not allowed on or in the property. Renter will be charged $500 if it is determined
that a pet was brought into any property.
Travel protection has been made available with your reservation. The Plan includes coverage for the loss
of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain
unforeseeable events. We offer travel protection as a way for you to help protect yourself and your trip
investment. Outstanding reservation costs are not eligible for reimbursement at the time of cancellation
and the cost of the Plan is not eligible for a full refund outside of the Plan’s free look period. Terms and

The plan cost includes the travel insurance premium and assistance services fee. Travel insurance

Linens and Towels: Linens and towels are included in the rental fee and are to be used only within the
property rented. Any linens or towels that are deemed stained, lost or damaged upon inspection will be
the responsibility of the guest.
Internet: There is no charge to renters for this service. You will be provided this information on your
emailed check in letter as well as provided at the home.
Change in Property Rented: In rare situations, we may be forced to move a renter to a comparable
property. Renters will be notified at the earliest date that the property reserved will not be available and
given options to change to another property. If unacceptable to the renter, they will be refunded rental
fees paid or given an opportunity to change rental dates.
Taxes and Fees: Included are accommodation taxes on rental fees as mandated by Horry County, The
City of Myrtle or North Myrtle Beach, and the state of South Carolina and fees for processing /
accidental damages totaling $750 or less, if reported immediately. Damages incurred does not release
the renter from 1), intentional, willful, reckless, or malicious acts, smoking inside condos, 2) theft, 3)
gross negligence, 4) intentional misuse of any device, appliance, AC system, furniture and furnishings in
the unit, and 5), damage caused by renters and guests while under the influence of alcohol and/or
drugs. In event tax rates change, renters will be charged at the new tax rates.
Payment Schedule (if applicable): A rental deposit of 20% of total balance is required to confirm your
dates and secure your accommodation. The reservation is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
This deposit is applied as a payment towards your rebooking and is nonrefundable.
Cancellations: If a renter cancels 45 days or more prior to arrival date, the renter will be issued a full
refund of current payment. If a renter cancels within 45 days of arrival there will be no refund to the
renter. *Travel insurance is highly recommended. The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your
prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable
events. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
The above cancellation policy is for direct bookings with Wavecrest Beach Vacations. If the policy on
your booking platform is different than the policy listed above, then we will honor the booking platform
policy. Please reference your policy based on your booking platform.
The Property Protection Fee is a damage waiver included in your reservation that covers reported
accidental or inadvertent damages. This property protection fee covers up to $750 of accidental or
inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in
additional costs. The damage must be reported by the guest prior to their check out for coverage. This
fee is nonrefundable.
All bookings include a Property Protection Fee at the following costs:

Late Payments: Wavecrest Beach Vacations has the right to cancel renter reservations if rental fees are
not paid by the due date.
Method of Payments: Method of payment must be a credit card.
Rental Agreement: Rental agreement shall not be assigned or sublet.
Rules and Regulations:
a. All occupants must follow posted rules in and on the property.
b. Do not operate appliances if not in the property to avoid possible damages.
c. No fireworks can be stored, used on property, or directed towards the property.
d. Keeping noise levels in and outside unit(s) rented to a reduced level after 10:00 pm, including use of
TVs, stereos, washers, vacuum cleaners and clothes dryers.
e. No glass drinking glasses or glass containers inside the fenced pool area.
Parking: Onsite parking is available to renters.
Accommodations: Renters are not allowed to move or remove furnishings. Wavecrest Beach Vacations
and property owners are not responsible to replace or provide additional furnishings or appliances,
which are not in the property on check-in. Wavecrest Beach Vacations will make every effort to correct
outages of AC systems, washer and dryers, kitchen appliances, and furnishings to working order on
notice by renter.
Errors and Omissions: Wavecrest Beach Vacations is not responsible for errors and omissions. We
reserve the right to correct such errors.
Limitation of Remedies: In event that Wavecrest Beach Vacations is unable to deliver property to renter
because of fire, eminent domain, no utilities, property sold and not continuing on the rental program or
other reasons beyond the control of Wavecrest Beach Vacations, renter agrees that Wavecrest Beach
Vacations sole liability is to refund unused rental costs incurred by renter should the renter elect not to
rent or be forced to vacate the property. In addition, renter agrees that Wavecrest Beach Vacations,
Homeowner Association, and owner are not liable for any consequential or secondary damages, loss of
money, valuables and personal property of renter and guests, including but not be limited to, any
expense of renter as a result of travel and cost or re-renting, etc.. Renter agrees this agreement is
entered into at Horry County, Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach, SC and consents to personal
jurisdiction and any proper court location therein. *This section does not apply to acts of nature.
Personal Injury: Renter agrees to release and indemnify Wavecrest Beach Vacations, Homeowners
Association, and property owner from and against all liability for personal injury to the person of the
renter and their guests while occupying or on the property resulting from any cause whatsoever.
Lost or Left Behind Personal Items: Wavecrest Beach Vacations is not responsible for personal
belongings and items left in property during occupancy and after checkout. We will remove belongings
and items if found, and mail them to renters at their expense plus a $25 admin fee.
Pool Services: All pools are professionally maintained by the homeowner's personal pool service or
Homeowners association (a third party). Homes with pools equipped with heaters can be utilized for a
fee (fee listed on individual property profile page). Pool heaters only heat when the exterior
temperature is above 60-degrees. If ordered in advance, our technicians will turn the heater on prior to
your arrival. Pool timers are set to 8:00am - 10:00pm. If you or any of your guests turn on the pool
heater without payment or ordering through our office, you will be charged for the weekly heating fee
in addition to a $200 service fee.
Refuse to Rent/Eviction: Wavecrest Beach Vacations reserves the right to refuse rentals, and/or refund
deposits and payments at company discretion. Also, renter agrees to comply with terms and conditions
as set forth above in Items, and failure to do so, agrees to vacate the premises immediately on request
and eviction by Wavecrest Beach Vacations.
Basic Essentials Provided: The reservation is a self-accommodating booking. However, we provide basic
starter essentials for your convenience. Please see the list of items below:
Basic starter kitchen cookware
Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Additional towels can be found in the linen closet in
the laundry room or in the home.
The first roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 small tube of body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner per bathroom
A piece of hand soap per bathroom
2 packets of laundry detergent
The first roll of paper towels in kitchen
2 dishwashing pods in the kitchen
1 individually wrapped kitchen sponge
1 small bottle of liquid dish soap
5 garbage bags
Should you need any additional supplies, there are nearby grocery and department stores that have
items for you to purchase.
Guest Registration: The community or resort you are staying in requires guest/visitor registration for
access inside the community. Failure to register will result in denied entry. Please be sure to submit the
required information a week prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check in. This information can be sent
to [email protected]. Please see community rules of registration and vehicle
count based on the location of your property.
Trash: Prior to checkout, renters are required to properly bag and take out all trash. Trash is picked up
daily and may be picked up very early in the morning, so please make sure you have it out early. All trash
needs to be bagged in 13 gallon trash bags in order for the valet trash to safely lift them into their trucks
and then dispose of them at the trash compactors. Please ensure that all trash is securely bagged and
put inside the trash bin/bench at your unit.
If there is loose trash in the bins, I agree I will be charged an additional $100 fee.
