This beautiful condo is perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking for a home away from home. With luxurious pool access, outdoor grilling, and multiple nearby golf courses, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: (1) King Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: (1) Queen Bed (sleeps 2)

Please note: This property does not have elevator access. Guests must climb approximately 12 steps to access the unit. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Property Rules:

All guests must be 25 or older to book and stay! Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, golf carts, or ATVs permitted on the property.
No fireworks allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Designated smoking areas must be used. Violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction.
Maximum guests = 4

Quiet retreat

I was pleased with all location, condo etc.
My family enjoyed our stay as well.
Only update needed would be bigger toilets, they are tiny.

Wavecrest Beach Vacations was very relaxing for me and my family for the 4th of July weekend . The team was very responsive and helpful at all times.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you could need and the starter set with paper towels, laundry & dish soap was very helpful. The beds were comfortable there were plenty of towels for our group. We did have to hunt for the pool key since the gates stay locked (It’s on a hook by the fridge) and I’m glad I checked in during daylight hours because the first time in the development was confusing, but these weren’t anything that hurt our stay. Wavecrest was very responsive, answering all my texts promptly; I was super impressed with the customer service and would definitely recommend this accommodation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described.
