Property Rules:
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, golf carts, or ATVs permitted on the property.
No fireworks allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Designated smoking areas must be used. Violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction.

Booking and Payment Policy:
A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and credit card validation are required.
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Starter amenities provided: paper goods, hand soaps, and one laundry pod.

A Room with a View
My husband and I had a great time with this property. It was clean and comfortable. We came before peak season and experienced no problems with the property. Although we were on the 17th floor, we never had to wait for the elevator. The room could use some updates, such as: the carpet is worn, the stove had an eye that didn't work and the coffee maker was rusty; also the silverware provided was rusting. There were general signs of wear on the bathroom door, scratches on the refrigerator door, and the microwave had lights out. The amenities were sparse with one very small bar of soap and 2 small bottles of shampoo. There was no conditioner or body lotion. Luckily, I brought those things in case and we really didn't need anything. The price was good and reflected the imperfections. The view was great and the bedroom was comfortable. So, all in all, we would stay there again because we don't expect everything to be perfect for the price we gave. If you are looking to rent a modern newly updated room, this is not the one for you.

The condo was perfect for my 2 teenage boys and I. From the beach so close, the balcony views, the pools and restaurants on site, we couldnt have been happier. During times in the room, we were not cramped and didnt feel like we were tripping over each other. I would absolutely stay here again. The employees were always walking the premises cleaning and everyone had a smile on their faces
