Property & Community Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow Barefoot Resort & Havens community rules:
No pets allowed in the condo or on the property.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the screened balcony.
No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed in The Havens community.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM – please be respectful of neighbors.
Pool rules must be followed: no glass, no diving, and children must be supervised at all times.
Parking permits (if required) must be displayed at all times; unregistered vehicles may be towed.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Over-occupancy is strictly prohibited and may result in a $200 per day fine.
Please leave the property neat and tidy as you found it and report any damages immediately.

The property was just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host checked in several times and addressed raised concerns timely. It was pristine, the beds were comfortable, location was great. It was a 10 out of 10.

Location. 4 male golfers, clean and spacious accommodations. Had to bring our own soap and cleaning products but was no big deal. Will definitely stay there again for our next golf trip next year.
