Property Rules
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, golf carts, or ATVs permitted on the property.
No fireworks allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Designated smoking areas must be used. Violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction.

Booking and Payment Policy

A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and Credit Card Verification mandatory.
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Starter amenities provided: paper goods, hand soaps, and one laundry pod.

Great place to stay
We loved starting our mornings on the balcony with coffee and ending the day catching up after beach trips and outings. The kitchen made it easy to prep quick meals and snacks, and having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms was a huge plus for a group.

Beach access made it super easy for spontaneous beach days.

My worst vacation experience EVERRR!!!
This was by far the worst vacation home I’ve ever stayed at. Upon arrival the unit was extremely clean. I will give them that. In the master bathroom we realized that the toilet handle was broken maintenance called himself fixing but broke it even more to the point where it started leaking into the unit downstairs the resident from downstairs had to come tell us. The unit was also full of fruit flys. I mean terrible. The mattress in the master bedroom was soooo worn out that my dad fell all the way into it. We had to take cold showers because the water didn’t get hot. And the noise from the neighbors up was ridiculous. Stomping, jumping ans running throughout the night. We didn’t get not one good nights sleep. The resort offered us nothing. I’ll never book here again or recommend this resort to anybody I know. I’ll make sure I get the word out.

Our stay at 1221 Barefoot Resort was enjoyable. The unit is located in a very quiet and well groomed location. Everything in the unit was clean and well maintained. Customer service was very prompt to deal with the few problems we had. We would highly recommend this unit and Wavecrest Beach Vacations.

Great Golf Trip
We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and close to many attractions. We mostly stayed inside of Barefoot or Barefoot landing since there was alot to do!

Beautiful area & atmosphere!!!
Beautiful area and clean atmosphere. The condo had 3 good-sized rooms, a big living room, and a decent sized kitchen. My grandma, mom, and aunts loved the sitting area on the balcony. It's definitely worth every dime. The family came over for dinner, and the place was big enough for 15 people. The dining room table was huge. The golden girls of the family loved it!!! Definitely recommend 👌

Not worth it
Dirty upon arrival, towel racks and toilet paper holders fell on their own/didn’t fit. Mattress protective cover didn’t fit on any of the beds and kept popping off. This place is about a 7-15 minute drive to the beach depending on where you go/park. A map on how to get to the bigger pool isn’t included and don’t bother trying to call customer service to send you one because they’ll tell you they’ll send it but never actually do. The only thing we enjoyed was the pool. I could have stayed closer to the beach or on the beach for this price. I’d say the only benefit of staying here is if you’re with just a spouse or enjoy golf.

Great place for a guys golf trip!
We really enjoyed the condo and view of the golf course. We came to play golf and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Very clean and accommodating!

Barefoot Resort and Yacht Club #1221
This was our first time renting from Wavecrest Beach Vacations and we were extremely pleased with the experience. We had a few small issues which were handled in a very timely fashion. We would certainly recommend renting from this company. The condo was clean and very comfortable.
