Smoking Prohibited – No smoking inside, on balconies, or in any common areas. Strictly enforced; $500 fine applies
No Pets Allowed
No Motorcycles, Trailers, Golf Carts, RVs, or Travel Trailers
No Parties or Events – Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM
Keep Unit Tidy – Please leave the condo neat. Report any damage to Wavecrest Beach Vacations at
No Daily Housekeeping – Washer and dryer provided for guest use

Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (strictly enforced by the HOA). Exceeding this limit will result in a charge of $250 per guest, per day, and may result in immediate eviction.
