No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home – $500 fine for violations
No Parties or Events: Family groups only
Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, no parking on grass and no garage access

Wonderful

Very spacious and beautiful. It had plenty of items in the kitchen to cook with. The beds are too worn in on the ends that’s aren’t close to the wall. A lot of pet hair on the floors in the corners of the lining room and furniture. And the trash bin were full.

Myrtle Beach stay

Property need to be upgraded in reference to the outside cement coming in the door.. very uneven... the steps coming down from main level is a little odd- ended up falling down.. need enough parking for 2 cars to park side by side si dint have ti pull out and bacj

A few tweaks would make it better

Nice quiet neighborhood great for walking and close to everything. Upgraded bathrooms are nice but some more updating would be good - like the deck that is in bad shape. and there is no umbrella for the table on the deck to create shade on the beautiful sunny days.
The front door doorbell camera was offline the entire time with voice noises constantly repeating.
